Our project involves the purchase of prime farmland for the development of a residential community of up to 200 single family homes. The property is a 9-hectare parcel which contains a small river (quebrada) and is located only 3Km from the centre of town. At an elevation of 1000m, the climate is ideal with temperatures ranging between 18-28°C. The project will be designed for active adults, singles and couples, and will cater to both Costa Ricans and foreign residents.

A residential development opportunity could offer 24-hour security, underground utilities, and a community clubhouse area with a pool. With prices at 20-50 million colones ($40,000-$100,000) this project will cater to the mid-level income range, offering affordable housing in a desirable location.

The Republic of Costa Rica attracts a large number of tourists and potential residents due to its tropical climate and friendly people. One of the most appealing small towns in the country is Grecia, which is only about a 45-minute drive from the capital, San Jose.
